I made this wagon using PSP X2 but you should be able to do it with earlier
or later versions.
This tutorial is my own work so please don't take anything and call it your
own.
You may use your finished work how ever you like. No link back to my site
is necessary but it would be nice.
You will need to have a good working knowledge of psp and working with selections
in order to do this.
I used vectors to create my wagon but for this tutorial, I'll give you the
parts as selections and let you put it all together.
You'll also find my color swatches so be sure to refer to it when doing
the tutorial.
Save this file to your computer and unzip the selections to a selection
folder in psp.

When you do this, the marching ants will stop but you have now selected
inside the outer wheel and the bolt in the middle.
Flood fill these areas with black.
With your magic wand, select the inside of the wheels and flood fill with
white.
It won't look like you did anything since we're on a white background but
if you turn off your background layer you'll see the inside is white.

This is what you'll have.

Add a new layer and call it wheel axles.
Load selection from disk as you did before and find the wheelsaxles selection.

Again, the marching ants will have stopped but you've selected all the areas
inside and to flood fill, you'll have to click inside each square.

This is what you'll have.

Add a new layer and call it front wheels.
Find the wheelsfrt selection and load it to this layer.

Select inside the wagon back and flood fill with color 4 like you did for
the front.
Apply the same cut outs and add the same noise.
Deselect
Your wagon is done.
Now we just need to save and merge.
Save your work.
Delete the first layer which was your white background layer.
If you want to carry something in your wagon, turn off the wagon back layer
and merge visible.
You can save your wagon back layer as a separate image and the front of
the wagon with the wheels and handle as another image.
If you want to use this wagon with other work, you might want to export
both the front and back wagon images as picture tubes.
If you don't want to put anything in your wagon you can merge all layers
and save as a gif.
I would recommend that you save the front and back separately just in case
you decide to put something in the wagon.
If you have any questions, be sure to stop by my PSP Addict message board and ask for some help or stop by and show us your work.
