Simple Blind background

We will be making the outside background.
I made this using psp X2 but you should be able to do it with earlier or later versions.

This is really, really easy but you need to have some knowledge of working with psp.

Let's get started.

Open a new transparent image 100 x 100.
Flood fill with the color you want. I used #672727.
We're going to add a blind texture to it which gives it the tiny stripe effect.

Here are the settings I used for this background but you can play around with the width, opacity, and color to get a different effect.

I used #d7c8b3 for the fill color.

And that's it.
I told you it was easy.
Just save it as a jpg.
